Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalChanged FormsAdmissions Decision and Rating Batch Entry Form (SAADCBT)The following changes have been made to this form:• The tabbed user interface design has been applied.• The curriculum checking in the form has been changed to use the newSORLCUR and SORLFOS rows for validating curricula and fields of study forsignificant student accept decisions. The validation will take place on only themaximum number of curricula and fields of study for Learner (GeneralStudent), as determined on SOACTRL, and only that number of curriculumrows will be pushed from Admissions to Learner (General Student).• The field of study status in Admissions is also pushed, depending on the settingof the STVAPDC indicators for the decision. Either the STVAPDC_CSTS_CODEvalue in the STVAPDC table or a default value is used. The default values arefor significant decisions only and include:• I f the stvapdc_row.stvapdc_signf_ind field is set to Y, and thestvapdc_row.stvapdc_reject_ind field is set to Y, then thedefault_csts value is changed to DENIED.• I f the stvapdc_row.stvapdc_signf_ind field is set to Y, and thestvapdc_row.stvapdc_inst_acc_ind field is set to Y, then thedefault_csts value is changed to INSTACCEPT.• I f the stvapdc_row.stvapdc_signf_ind field is set to Y, and thestvapdc_row.stvapdc_stdn_acc_ind field is set to Y, then thedefault_csts value is changed to APPACCEPT.The Learner (General Student) field of study status code defaults toINPROGRESS.Admissions Decision Form (SAADCRV)The following changes have been made to this form:• The tabbed user interface design has been applied.• The curriculum checking in the form has been changed to use the newSORLCUR and SORLFOS rows for validating curricula and fields of study forsignificant student accept decisions.
