Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalChanged Forms• The Address Bar Code window has been removed. The information from thiswindow is now displayed in the Addresses window which is accessed by theAddresses tab.• The Options Menu has been updated to access the new Learner CurriculumQuery Form (SOILCUR).• The tabbed user interface design has been applied.• The form now calls the GOAMTCH form to assist with preventing the creationof duplicate person records. GOAMTCH will be displayed if the user does nothave the Exclude User checkbox checked on GORCMUS. If Exclude User ischecked, then the Current Identification window will be used to create the newperson (as occurred in <strong>Banner</strong> prior to version <strong>7.0</strong>).For more information on using SRAQUIK with GOAMTCH, please see theCommon Matching sections of this release guide.Admissions Application Form (SAAADMS)This form has been modified for this enhancement.• The Primary Curriculum and Secondary Curriculum windows and buttonshave been removed. Curriculum information is now entered and displayed inthe new Curriculum window which is accessed by the Curricula tab.• The new Curriculum window has been added to the form.• The main window has been redesigned to include the new CurriculumSummary and Field of Study Summary blocks.• The Checklist Summary and Checklist Details windows have been combinedinto one window accessed by the Checklist tab.• The Additional Information, Withdrawal Institution, Application FeeInformation, and Mail Submission windows have been combined into onewindow accessed by the Fees, Mail Submission, Withdrawal Data tab.• Database maintenance activity now calls the appropriate API for the modulebeing processed.• When the form is accessed, it sets the global LMOD_CODE equal to a value ofADMISSION.• The form no longer updates the curriculum data.
