Resolved in Release 7.0.SHARQTC (#90605)When a request with a fee was saved for non-existent course level, the student wascharged for a transcript fee, even though no transcript was produced. The form willnow check for an SHRLGPA record or an SFRSTCR record for that level and term.When no course data exists for a level entered in the form, the form will return themessage " ERROR** Course data for student does not exist at this level, press list for validlevels". The transcript request cannot occur, and therefore, no charge can be postedto the student’s account. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHARQTC (#92829)You can now enter and save a sent date that is equal to the request date withoutreceiving an error message. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHARQTC (#93258)If you leave the (Transcript) Type field NULL, you will now receive the autohintmessage "Field must be entered." Thisshould not happen. The transcript sent date from an existing request will no longerbe copied into a new request.
