You can scrollthrough the potential match records to see the information in each that potentiallymatches the information in the Data Entry block.If any address fields are included in the matching rules being used, and a matchexists on the address of a potential match, then that address will be displayed for thatrecord. To see all address records for a selected potential match, select the AllAddresses pulldown list.Note: If you use GOAMTCH by itself to match a person to an existing personin Banner, and the existing person in Banner has an address of the sameaddress type (where the addresses themselves do not match), the existingBanner address will be inactivated, and the address that was entered onGOAMTCH will be inserted.If you use SAAEAPS or SRIPREL to match a person via GOAMTCH andthe same scenario exists, SRIPREL and SAAEAPS will put an end date onthe existing Banner address and then insert the new address.If the matching rule contains a row for telephone number and/or email address,and a match exists on the telephone number or email address of a potential match,then the phone number and/or email address will be displayed.
