Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalChanged FormsQuick Entry Form (SAAQUIK)This form has been modified for this enhancement.• The Primary Curriculum window has been removed. The information fromthat window is now displayed in the Curriculum and Field of Study mini-blocksin the main window.• The main window has been redesigned to include the new Curriculum andField of Study mini-blocks.• The Application Information window has been removed. Information fromthat window is now displayed in the Applicant and Recruit Information blockin the main window.• The Delivery Point Information window has been removed. Information fromthat window is now displayed in the Addresses window which is accessed by theAddresses tab.• The Options Menu has been updated to allow access to the new LearnerCurriculum Query Form (SOILCUR).• The tabbed user interface design has been applied.• The form now calls the GOAMTCH form to assist with preventing the creationof duplicate person records. GOAMTCH will be displayed if the user does nothave the Exclude User checkbox checked on GORCMUS. If Exclude User ischecked, then the Current Identification window will be used to create the newperson (as occurred in Banner prior to version 7.0).For more information on using SAAQUIK with GOAMTCH, please see theCommon Matching sections of this release guide.General Student Form (SGASTDN)This form has been modified for this enhancement.• The Primary Curriculum and Secondary Curriculum windows and buttonshave been removed. Curriculum information is now entered and displayed inthe new Curriculum window which is accessed by the Curricula tab.• The new Curriculum window has been added to the form.• The main window has been redesigned to include the new CurriculumSummary and Field of Study Summary blocks.• The Student Information block has been renamed the General Learner block.• The Student Activity window is now called the Learner Activity window.• The Academic Status, Graduation Data, and Dual Degree windows have beencombined into one window accessed by the Academic and Graduation Status,Dual Degree tab.• The Additional Student Information window has been removed.
