Section 13 Problem ResolutionsAcademic History ModuleSHRRPTS andSHRCGPA(#91717)When transfer work had been marked with an I(nclude), A(verage) or E(xclude) onSHATRNS, the transfer GPA records were not being recalculated. Now, whenlooping through the collector records (with or without a population), the processwill now recalculate the transfer GPA record for any institution and/or attendanceperiods where the term in the collector matches the attendance period inSHRTRAM. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#85298)Courses with manually included grades were not being processed by the report,which resulted in too many courses being included. The correct courses were notalways excluded, based on the rules on SHARPTR, when repeat processing was run.Manually included grades will now be counted first, so they are counted correctly.Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#92759)The report will now sort courses by CRN within the term for an ID. Previously, thesort order used was by term within the CRN. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#91317)The SHRRPEQ_SEQ_NO field has been redefined as NUMBER(3) to consider studentswith over 100 courses and prevent an error when running the report. Previously, themaximum number of courses considered was 99. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#92482)The page breaks in the report will now occur after the last record for each level whenmultiple course levels are selected. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#89307)The report was printing the sequence number in the Section column instead of theactual section number. This has been corrected. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#91317)The SHRRPEQ_SEQ_NO column has been redefined as NUMBER(3), instead ofNUMBER(2). When SHRRPTS inserts the 100th row for a student who has 100 ormore courses in academic history, the process will no longer display an error.Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRRPTS (#88701)The SHRGRDE_REPEAT_INCLUDE_IND flag will now be used when the report is run.The shkrpt1.sql function was also modified to select the proper rule whenchecking for the in-progress course. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRRPTS (#88625)Repeat processing will now look at the evaluation grade on the SHARPTR rules forusing repeat hours.
