Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalCreating and Updating Curriculum Data1. Use Next Block or select the Curricula tab (from the main window ofSRARECR, SAAADMS, SGASTDN, SFAREGS, or SHADEGR) to access theCurriculum window.2. Select the curriculum row to be changed.3. Perform an Insert Record and then a Duplicate Record function from thecurriculum row with the campus you wish to change.4. Enter the appropriate campus code on the newly created curriculum row.5. Use Next Block to access the Field of Study block. Enter the appropriateactivity and curriculum status codes.6. Save your changes.Inactivating a Curriculum Record (Without Adding a New Record)Use the following steps to inactivate an existing curriculum record without creatinga new record:Note: This will only work if another active curriculum record already exists.1. Use Next Block or select the Curricula tab (from the main window ofSRARECR, SAAADMS, SGASTDN, SFAREGS, or SHADEGR) to access theCurriculum window.2. Select the curriculum row to be changed.3. Perform an Insert Record and then a Duplicate Record function from thecurriculum row that is to be inactivated.4. On the newly duplicated row, change the activity status to INACTIVE.5. Use Next Block to access the Field of Study block.6. On the duplicated field of study row, enter the appropriate activity status toinactivate the field of study row, along with a curriculum status code thatexplains why the row was inactivated.7.
