Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalNew Curriculum Window and Blocks• Current displays the most recent row for each given priority (i.e., the highestsequence number for each priority). This assumes you are only displaying rowsfor the given learner module and key sequence number.• Not Current displays rows for the given learner module and key sequencenumber that are not the most recent.• NULL displays all rows for the given learner module and key sequence number.The following sort order is used to determine how records will be displayed once thepopulation to be displayed has been determined. This sort order applies to all placeswhere curriculum data is displayed.For SORLCUR:• Module (On SOILCUR only; as module is a default value on all other forms,and each form only displays data for its module.)• Priority number, in ascending order (As the lowest priority number is the mostimportant, it is displayed first.)• SORLCUR sequence number, in descending order (This is so the mostrecently entered records are displayed first.)For SORLFOS:• Field of study type: major, minor, and then concentration• Priority, in ascending order• SORLFOS sequence number, in descending orderCurriculum Block in the Curriculum WindowThis block is used to enter and view the curriculum details for the recruit, applicant,learner, or learner outcome.Use the Change Curriculum button to inactivate the selected row by duplicating itand giving it an activity status of INACTIVE and then inserting a new row in whichyou can enter a new curriculum record.Fields. . . . . . . . . . . . . .Record ofDescriptions. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .This field displays the number of curriculum records that existfor the ID based on the data entered in the Key Block, forexample Record 1 of 5.
