Section 13 Problem ResolutionsRegistration ModuleSince the SFPFAUD process was purging all rows except for the last assessment, theaudit data for previous flat charge qualifications was also being purged in most cases.This caused the assessment processing in SFKFEES to use an incorrect starting pointfor the flat charge processing. SFKFEES also handled overload hours incorrectly,which resulted in erroneous assessments.This situation has been resolved, and SFKFEES, SFKFEE1, and SFPFAUD have beenupdated.The following changes have been made to SFKFEES:• A new function, f_prev_flat_rule_met, has been added which replaces thelogic in p_check_prev_flat_hr_rule_met.• A new procedure, p_get_last_assess_flat_date, has been added.• The rule_type parameter has been removed from functionf_get_prev_nondrop_hrs.• The parameter list for procedure p_get_last_assess_flat_data has beenupdated.The following changes have been made to SFKFEE1:• P_procesfeeassessment has been modified to always update the assessmentdate in SFBETRM.• P_check_prev_flat_hr_rule_met has been renamed asf_prev_flat_rule_met.• A new procedure, p_get_last_assess_flat_data, has been added.• Calls have been added to p_get_last_assess_flat_data inp_studentfees, p_levelfees, p_campusfees, and p_attributefees.• F_get_prev_nondrop_hrs has been updated by the removal of parameterrule_type_in and now reverts back to the selection of the true non-droppedhours.• P_calc_flat_hr_liability has been updated.The following changes have been made to SFPFAUD:• If student has ever qualified for a flat charge rule, audit records from previousflat charge qualifications are now prevented from being purged.
