Section 13 Problem ResolutionsAcademic History ModuleSHREDIY (#88016)In certain cases, SHREDIY was placing an erroneous value in the sedilog.dat file,causing EDI.Smart not to process the SEDILOG file, thus not finishing the PrepareOutbound EDI. This has been corrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRETRP (#78739)The Sending Inst Code to Purge parameter % option was not working with thevalidation for this process. When you entered % in the parameter, you received apop-up error stating that the parameter value failed the STVSBGI_EQUAL validation.This has been corrected, the error is no longer returned, and using the % value willallow the job to be submitted and run successfully. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRGRDE (#93741)An error was displayed when the report was run for midterm grades for a studentwho did not have any transfer work or grades in history. Grade mailers can now berun for all students using expanded hours, even when students do not have anytransfer work or grades in history. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRGRDE (#90242)Mid-term grade mailers will no longer print courses that have a registration status ofwaitlist. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHRGRDE (#88903, #87248, and #90242)The GPA/Quality Points/Credit Hours were not being rounded or truncatedcorrectly on the output when the pre-6.0 formats for truncation, GPA display, andquality points display were selected for processing on SHAGPAR and the PrintExpanded Quality Pts/GPA parameter was set to N. This has been corrected.Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRGRDE (#62586)Transfer GPA values greater than 9.99 were not printing correctly even when thePrint Expanded Quality Pts/GPA parameter was set to Y. This has been corrected.Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRIACT,SHRICIP,SHRIPDS(#86539)Non-resident aliens were not being identified correctly as a result of the changesmade to capture visa information. This could result in inaccurate information beingtransmitted to the NCES. The SHRIACT, SHRIPDS, and SHRICIP processes havebeen modified to capture non-resident status from the information entered inGOAINTL rather than SPAINTL. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRICIP (#89344)Modifications have been made to the Web upload file to satisfy NCES requirements.The SURVSECT field has been changed from COM to C01 to reflect that 1990 CIPcodes were used.
