Section 13 Problem ResolutionsSchedule ModuleSSASECT (#77494)When a CEU section was created, the CEU hours were not calculated correctly if themouse was used to navigate through the fields. If the section was updated, thecalculation was not performed unless one of the credit hour values was changed.Once the calculation was performed, the CEU hours worked correctly. Logic hasbeen added to the form to consistently calculate the CEU hours, regardless ofwhether mouse or keyboard navigation is used. Resolved in Release 6.1.SSASECT (#69993)When new sections were created using the copy functionality, the VR/Web Avail flagwas always set to checked (or Y on the SSBSECT table). Modifications were made toensure that the parent values, whether checked or unchecked, are correctlyrepresented on the new section record. Resolved in Release 6.1.SSASECT (#65373)Due to Faculty Load implications, a change in schedule type will not result in anupdate of the schedule type housed on the meeting record(s). This will continue tobe a manual process. However, the logic was changed to prevent a schedule typechange after students have registered for the section. Resolved in Release 6.1.SSASECT (#50918)VBS security did not prevent the updating of information contained on theEnrollment Data window of SSASECT, even though that information is housed inthe SSBSECT table. The logic has been expanded to restrict access to enrollmentdata. Resolved in Release 6.1.SSAXMTI (#86831)The Select function was not available when meeting times/instructors were beingcopied from one crosslisted section to another. This only occurred when SSAXMTIwas accessed using the Options Menu in the Meeting Time block of SSASECT. IfSSAXMTI was accessed using the Duplicate Item function in SSASECT, the Selectfunction was already available. The Select function is now available when SSAXMTIis accessed using the Options Menu in the Meeting Time block of SSASECT.Resolved in Release 6.1.SSATEXT (#76789)The correct default font size is now used when data is entered in the Section Textblock. Resolved in Release 7.0.Triggersstresv2.sql (#88840)If a user was defined in Value-Based Security and was trying to register a student fora CRN which had reserved seating, the user received the following message: “FRM-40735: FINAL_EDITS trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20005.” If the user wasgiven access to the Class Schedule module, everything worked.
