Section 13 Problem ResolutionsAcademic History ModuleSHRRPTS (#89825)Repeat processing was incorrectly flagging a repeatable course (which had beenrepeated) as part of the evaluation of a non-repeatable course (which had not beenrepeated). Repeat processing incorrectly flagged both courses when only oneshould have been evaluated. When there was only one course to be evaluated, processing should have returned and deleted that row. In the previous code, therow remained and was evaluated with the next course. This scenario has beencorrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRTAEQ (#92757)The alignment of transfer and institutional credit total values has been improved. The credit hour total values now line up better with their column headings.Resolved in Release 7.0.SHRTAEQ (#95740)The process has been modified to handle long values in the Transfer CourseSubject, Course, and Title fields more effectively. Any values in the aforementionedfields exceeding the space allotted for the column will be truncated on the primaryrow for that record. However, any value that is truncated on the primary row will beprinted in full on the next row. Similar functionality has been added to theInstitutional Equivalent side of the report for course titles that exceed the spaceavailable on the primary row for the record. Resolved in Release 7.0.SHRTAEQ (#86595)Previously, the process would list only one level of transfer course work in theTransfer Summary section even though multiple levels existed. This has beencorrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRTAEQ (#61601)The process output was not correctly formatting transfer course details when eitherthe subject and/or the course number was longer than six characters. Given thatthere is a finite amount of space available on each detail line, the report wasoriginally designed to display only the first six characters of the subject code and/orcourse number fields even though each field allows up to 60 characters. Whentransfer courses are entered with long values in either of these fields, only the firstsix characters will display on the main detail line, but the full value will display onnext the line below. Also, if a transfer course with a long subject code or coursenumber was the last one in the list, the full value did not display. This has beencorrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHRTAEQ (#59382)In the Institution Equivalent column of the report, long course titles were beingprinted on two lines, with the first line being fully justified. This was adding a lot ofspace between the words on the first line. Now, long course titles will wrap withinthe column and be right justified.
