On the general student record the term is the effective term.The KEY_SEQNO number will always be populated with a value of 99 for a generalstudent record. Otherwise, it will be populated with the module's sequence number(i.e., SRBRECR_ADMIN_SEQNO, SARADAP_APPL_NO, or SHRDGMR_SEQNO).The number of active rows is validated against the SOBLMOD_MAX_CURRICULA fieldfor the PIDM, term, key sequence number and learner module. The student cannot have more than that number of active rowsat one time for the term and key sequence number. The key sequence number valuewill always be 99 for general student records.The SORLFOS_LFOS_RULE is populated with the SORCMJR_RULE, SORCMNR_RULE, orSORCCMN_RULE value, depending on the value of the LFOS_CODE field. The learnerfield of study code (LFOS_CODE) indicates if the row is a major, minor, orconcentration. The SORLFOS_CMJR_RULE_CCON_ATTACH field is populated with theSORCMJR_RULE value of the major associated with this attached concentration. Ifcurriculum rules are not used, the SORLFOS_MAJR_CODE_ATTACH field is populatedwith the code of the major to which the concentration is attached.January 2005 Student Release 7.0Confidential Release Guide 205
