Identify students with inaccurate assessments due to flat charge refundingissues.2. Record the course drop history for the students (the CRN, the RSTS code, andthe date for each dropped course).3. Purge the SFRFAUD audit data for the students.4. Re-register the students, and assess them.5. Drop the appropriate courses using the RSTS codes and dates noted in Step 2above.6. Run SFRFASC in audit mode, if you want to preview the results prior to postingthe assessment.7. Review and verify the assessment results.8. Run the assessment in update mode, if the assessment was previewed in auditmode.Resolved in Release 6.2.SFKFEES (#97218)Activity dates were not being updated when Fee Assessment was run either online orin batch.• When Fee Assessment updated the SFBETRM_ASSESSMENT_DATE, theSFBETRM_ACTIVITY_DATE was not being updated.• When online assessment was disabled and the charge for the open learningextension was not assessed on the same day that the extension was granted, theSFRAREG_ACTIVITY_DATE was not being updated.These activity dates will now be updated correctly. Resolved in Release 7.0.SFKFEES (#87337)Changes made to fix problem resolution #87305 have also corrected #87337. Detailcodes that had a category other than TUI or FEE were not being assessed when therule existed in the section fees for a CRN in SSADETL.
