The term forthe recruit is the term code of interest, whereas the term for the application is theterm of entry. On the general student record the term is the effective term.The KEY_SEQNO number will always be populated with a value of 99 for a generalstudent record. Otherwise, it will be populated with the module's sequence number(i.e., SRBRECR_ADMIN_SEQNO, SARADAP_APPL_NO, or SHRDGMR_SEQNO).The number of active rows is validated against the SOBLMOD_MAX_CURRICULA fieldfor the PIDM, term, key sequence number and learner module.
