Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalProcess FlowConversion of Curriculum DataCurriculum data that resides in <strong>Banner</strong> pre-<strong>7.0</strong> base tables (i.e, SRBRECR,SARADAP, etc.) will be automatically converted to the new SORLCUR andSORLFOS tables when the person's ID is accessed from SRARECR, SRAQUIK,SAAADMS, SAAQUIK, SGASTDN, SFAREGS, or SHADEGR.When the ID is accessed from any of these forms and a Next Block is performedfrom the Key Block, the conversion program, soklcur.p_convert_curriculum,will convert all existing curriculum data in these base tables to the new SORLCURand SORLFOS tables, if no rows exist in the SORLCUR and SORLFOS tables for thespecified ID.To convert data for a single ID or a larger population, your institution can run thenew Learner Curriculum Conversion Process (SOPLCCV). The process can be runfor an individual ID or for a population selection.Note: Prior to implementing any post <strong>7.0</strong> releases, all <strong>Banner</strong> curriculum rowsmust be converted to use the new SORLCUR and SORLFOS tables.Process FlowOverview of Concurrent Curricula ProcessThis diagram illustrates the flow of curriculum data within the new concurrentcurricula processing for Recruiting, Admissions, General <strong>Student</strong>, Registration, andAcademic History.Curriculum data now populates two new tables, SORLCUR and SORLFOS.
