Resolved in <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.SHRTRTC (#62612)The transcript output was incorrect under certain conditions when the A (All) levelwas used.• A student had completed UG level courses.• The student was admitted to a new level (GR) and registered for GR levelcourses.• The GR registration was changed to a registration status that did not count inenrollment.A graduate-level transcript was produced with the output showing all zeros. Thetranscript process has been updated to prevent for this from occurring. Resolved in<strong>Release</strong> 6.1.SHRTRTC (#64848)When SHRTRTC was run from job submission using an ID that was less than ninecharacters, and a request number was also entered, the SHRTRTC.lis file was empty.SHRTRTC was expecting a nine-character ID to be entered. This has beencorrected. If you enter an ID that is less than nine characters, followed by a threedigit sequence number, the process will find the ID and print the transcript data asexpected. Resolved in <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.SHRTRTC (#59886)A student with a registration status code that had the Grd (Gradable Indicator)unchecked in STVRSTS would receive a transcript with that course listed as "INPROGRESS". When a course is ungradable as controlled by the registration statuscode and when a section is recorded as ungradable, neither should not be reportedas "IN PROGRESS." This has been corrected. Resolved in <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.SHRTRTC (#87122)SHRTRTC was printing the header of Page 2 on the bottom of Page 1. Also, thesecond copy of the transcript was not starting on a new page but directly beneaththe "END OF TRANSCRIPT" line.
