However, each recruiting record isuniquely defined by the internal identification number, term code, andadministrative sequence number.The Selected (Indicator) defines which record is the preferred recruiting record forthe term. Only one recruiting record per term may have the Selected (Indicator) setto Y.Starting with Banner 7.0, all curriculum and field of study data are maintained onthe SORLCUR and SORLFOS tables (sb_curriculum API and sb_fieldofstudyAPI). When a recruiting record is created, a primary curriculum and primary majorfield of study must also be created. At the conclusion of the curriculum and field ofstudy insert, the primary and secondary curriculum data are backfilled to thecurriculum on the recruit record.Student Release 7.0 January 2005278 Release Guide Confidential
