When checking for administrative errors, processing should notimmediately flag connected courses that go into error, because only trueadministrative errors are to be written to SFTRGAM.During regular registration error checking, a course that exists in SFTRGAM forpidm, term, and CRN with the identical error message is not flagged as an error.Courses with a registration status type of D or W on SFTREGS are excluded whenexisting registrations are evaluated, just as courses with an error flag of F, D, or Lhave always been excluded.sfkfunc.p_check_dupl_sftregsThis procedure has been modified to handle administrative error processingcorrectly.
