Section 13 Problem ResolutionsAdmissions ModuleSAAQUIK (#84570)Values for major and department did not default from SOACURR when a programwas entered manually rather than by using the Quick Admit rules. Only one majorand department were defined for the program on SOACURR. Other values such asdegree and level were updated from SOACURR. This has been corrected. Resolvedin Release 6.1.SAAQUIK (#87878)Time stamps on the SPRIDEN_ACTIVITY_DATE are now handled accurately andconsistently. Resolved in Release 6.1.SAARRAT (#89519)The administrator name will now be displayed whether or not the Confidential(Indicator) has been checked on SPAPERS. Resolved in Release 7.0.SAARRAT (#90862)The length of the SARADAP_COLL_CODE_2 field has been expanded to threepositions to prevent a truncation error caused by the campus code for the secondarycurriculum on SAAADMS. Resolved in Release 7.0.SAARRFT (#79613)The SSRRRFT table had a unique constraint that did not containSARRRFT_DEGC_CODE. This has been corrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SAAWADP (#84751)When you attempted to remove the last record in the form and then performed aSave function, a "Field must be entered" error message was displayed in the Auto Hintline. When you used Rollback or Exit, a message box was displayed requesting thatyou save the changes. This has been corrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SAAWAPP (#86152)You will no longer receive the message: "ERROR-Only 20 free format questions willdisplay on the Admissions Additional Information Web Page; only 10 free format questions willdisplay on the other Admissions Web pages." when trying to add questions to theAdditional Information section of the online application, and you have more than10 but less than 20 questions defined. Resolved in Release 6.1.TableSARPERS andSAKP020(#77087)The SARPERS_LAST_NAME field has been expanded from 35 characters toVARCHAR2(60) so that it matches the length used by SPRIDEN when a last name isentered through Web Admissions.
