elaborate on this inter-cultural cohesion, over 60,000 citizens of Turkish and Tatar ancestry<br />

reside in the Dobrugea region, and over 17,000 Turkish people live in Romania who serve<br />

as a cultural bridge between Turkey and Romania. Solendil (2014), It is without question,<br />

that the intimate bilateral affairs and prominent economic connections with Turkey positively<br />

influence interpersonal relationships in an increasingly poly-ethnic society in Romania. The<br />

inter-cultural bonds between Turkey and Romania dating back centuries has definitely made<br />

it easier for contemporary Turkish business integration, and this is only reinforced by the initiatives<br />

of the Lumina Educational Instutions which is founded by Turkish interpreuners and<br />

Yunus Emre Cultural Centers in Bucharest and Constanta, including the activities of the Dimitrie<br />

Cantemir Cultural Institute in Istanbul. However, in order to understand how the history<br />

of culture and religious influence on business trading has progressed between Turkey and<br />

Romania, it is important to briefly shed light on the inception of industrial relations, with its<br />

roots in political power struggles.<br />

Research methodology<br />

The purpose of this study is to gain better understanding of Turkish Businesses in Romania.<br />

This research also outlines the strategic partnerships between turkey and Romania during<br />

recent contemporary events, and how this has strengthened the integration of Turkish businesses<br />

in Romania by addressing key post-recession recoveries and prospering market trading<br />

values. The final segment of this research address the unexplored significance of religion playing<br />

a role in business behaviour among Turkish entrepreneurs in a country that does not coincide<br />

with their cultural values.<br />

Considering the nature of this research objectives and the existence of various studies that<br />

might provide some perspectives, the literature review method was considered the most appropriate<br />

for this research.<br />

The intention of this research is to introduce the inception of Turkish businesses in Romania<br />

and Turkish integration into Romanian business society and culture. The author focused<br />

mainly contemporary business relationship between turkey and Romania also created a logical<br />

presentation of the works of previous scholars as well as their contributions in order to<br />

achieve a better understanding on how Islam and Turkish culture affect ethical business marketing<br />

by Turkish companies in Romania.<br />
