Annexes 207between V0 and V1 possibly due to a stress induced by the first evaluation at V0 or a practiceeffect observed after the first evaluation. From the 3,777 subjects in PAQUID, we retained3,043 subjects who were followed up after V0 and we studied the evolution of the commonfactor between V1 and V13. The DSST was not completed at V3, and as a sub-sample ofPAQUID completed a nutritional questionnaire at V3 which could impact on the IST15 scorefor the fruit and animal categories, we excluded the measurements of IST15 at V3. From thesample of 3,043 subjects, we retained a sample of 2,252 subjects with at least one measure ateach neuropsychological test between V1 and V13 to ensure that every subject broughtinformation about each neuropsychological test. At last, 2,228 subjects had no missing valuesfor the main covariates. The median number of measures was 4 for the MMSE (Inter QuartileRange (IQR)=2-5) and BVRT (IQR=2-5) and respectively 3 for the IST15 (IQR=1-4) and 2for the DSST (IQR=1-4).ResultsDescription of the sampleCharacteristics of the sample are described in table 1: 56.7% of the 2228 subjects included inthe sample were women and 73% had at least graduated from primary school. The mean ageat V1 was 75.20 (standard deviation (sd)=6.25). Among the 2228 subjects, 7 (0.4%) subjectswere demented at the beginning of the follow-up (V1) and 364 subjects (16.3%) had apositive diagnosis of dementia during the follow-up. At inclusion (V0), 82.9% had a highblood pressure, 7.8% of the subjects were suffering from diabetes, 17.5% fromhypercholesterolemia and 38.1% were either current smokers or past-smokers. At V1, 7.1%had history of stroke. At visit V1, including only subjects living in Gironde, 1,604 subjectscompleted the MMSE with a median score of 28 (IQR=26-29), 1,603 subjects completed the9
