Ü jì
Actions are judged by their results. ܺ iø^ ìø also means the best and
most perfect; embellishment or ornament; the hollow of the
back of the neck; àø n»n ô ùfôß$Ö] Üø iø^ìø æø äô×#Ö] Ùø ç»ö $ à» Óô ÖF æø : But he is the
Messenger of Allah and the seal of the Prophets (33:41). ݺ ^jø ìô
(inf. noun and a subs.): The first watering of a sown-field; the
clay with which one seals or stamps upon a thing; the hymen;
as being the seal of virginity; ^ ãø Úô^jøíô eô Ôø n»Öø]ô k» Ê$ ö : She was
conducted as a bride to thee with her seal of virginity; the
furthest part of a valley; the last of a company of men as also
ܺ iø^ìø and ܺ iô^ìø
; the last portion of anything that is drunk;
admixture; result; the end or last draught. Ôº » Úô äüÚö^jø ìô : The
sealing of it will be with musk; its result shall be the taste of
musk; the last draught shall be in perfume like musk etc.
(83:27). ݺ ç»jöí» Úø : Sealed or stamped. ݺ ç»jöí» Ú% к n»uô ø : Sealed beverage
(83:26).
$ ìø [aor. % íö mø inf. noun ' ìø ] ø » »] ø $ ìø : He furrowed or he made a
furrow or trench in the ground. å´ ôù ìø o» Êô Äø Ú»$ Ö] $ ìø : The tears made
marks upon his cheeks. $ ìø : He or it marked or made a mark or
an impression upon a thing; he cut a thing. ' ìø : The cheek; the
plank of the tº ø ç» âø ; a side of a track of high ground; an
assembly; a company of men; a rank or class or a race or
generation of men. ô ^ß$Ö] àø Úôù' ìø oF Úø : A generation of men passed
away; a road. º æ»ö ì» ]ö syn. ' ìø meaning a hole, hollow, cavity, pit
or the like dug or excavated; a deep trench in the ground. èºeø» ø
º æ»ö ì» ]ö : A blow or beating that furrows the skin. Õø $ ìø »Ãôù ø iö ^Öæø
ô ^ß$×Öô : And turn not thy cheek away for the people (31:19). Øø jôÎö
ô æ»ö ì» »] ö hö ^vø » ]ø : Cursed be the fellows of the Trench (85:5).
Åø ø ìø [aor. Åö ø í» mø inf. noun ^ Â÷ » ìø and ^ Â÷ » ìô ] äü Âø ø ìø : He hid or concealed
it; he deceived, deluded, beguiled and outwitted him; he
desired to harm in a way unknown to the latter; he pretended to
him the contrary of what he concealed; or he made him to
relinquish the object that he had in view by pretending to him
some-thing the contrary of what he concealed. å´ ô v» qö o» Êô Åø ø ìø : It
