The Lilydale campus is located on 24 hectares on a hillside
overlooking Lillydale Lake and within three quarters of a
kilometre from Lilydale railway station. The campus has
been established to provide for the higher education needs
of Melbourne's outer east into the 21st century. A modern
campus with approaches to teaching and learning well
ahead of its time, the campus has been specially designed as
a hub of the learning community. The campus is close to
train and bus routes and for those who choose to drive,
ample parking is available.
The campus offers undergraduate degree programs in the
areas of business, social science and applied science. The
Bachelor of Business offers majors in Accounting and
Marketing, the Bachelor of Applied Science offers a major
in Computing and the Bachelor of Social Science offers
majors in Psychology, Sociology or Media Studies.
Students are able, within the constraints of timetabling, to
take both a major and a co-major, across degree programs if
so desired.
The campus is an integral part of the University as a whole
and as such students have access to the full ranee of

resources of the multi-campus university, while enjoying a
high degree of amenity and facility on the Lilydale site.
The campus is fully equipped with library facilities,
student cafe, microcomputer laboratories, student services,
student lounge and bookshop. Emphasis is placed on the
use of appropriate technologies as tools and means for
teaching and learning.
