Promotes independence and mobility for people who are blind or visually<br />

impaired through the provision <strong>of</strong> training in guide dog and long cane<br />

mobility. Services are provided free <strong>of</strong> charge and programmes include<br />

independent living skills and child mobility training. Trained dogs are also<br />
