Provides support and information for parents of children affected by cleft
lip and/or palate and those directly affected by the condition. Provides
advice on feeding and ongoing medical care throughout the treatment, and
arranges public lectures by specialists in the field.
Publications: Ten information leaflets are available and a newsletter is
published three to four times a year.

and people with special needs. Clúid is a registered charity and a non-profit
organisation that is managed by a team of full-time staff reporting to a
voluntary board of directors. It does not keep its own housing list; to be
eligible for a Clúid property, the applicant must be registered with their local
authority which may refer them to Clúid if it has suitable properties available.
