An information and counselling service for people with ME (myalgic<br />

encephalopathy) in Ireland. The Trust also provides funds for biomedical<br />

research into the illness as well as conducting therapy programmes for<br />

sufferers. It is involved in lobbying the Department <strong>of</strong> Health and Children<br />

to provide a dedicated clinic for people with ME in their quest for diagnosis<br />

and treatment.<br />

Offers various services to people affected by ME/CFS (chronic fatigue<br />

network; awareness raising (especially through the media); advocacy;<br />

fundraising for research; other services.<br />
