Part <strong>of</strong> the worldwide organisation, Mensa International. Mensa’s aim is to<br />

find and foster intelligence. Membership is <strong>of</strong>fered to anyone who scores<br />

on an approved IQ test within the top two percentile. Members <strong>of</strong> the<br />

public can apply for a self-administered IQ test which can be taken in the<br />

privacy <strong>of</strong> their own homes. Prior psychological or educational evidence<br />

<strong>of</strong> the requisite percentile grading is accepted. Membership affords many<br />

social opportunities, websites, periodicals, special interest groups, travel<br />

opportunities and other possibilities.<br />
