Established in July 1998 as an independent expert body on racism. It is a<br />

partnership body that brings together government and non-governmental<br />

organisations to develop initiatives and provide expertise in tackling racism<br />

and promoting interculturalism. Main activities include anti-racism and<br />

intercultural awareness training, community development support, and<br />

organising a system for the reporting <strong>of</strong> racist incidents.<br />
