inclusion for all communities, based on the principles of equality, social
justice and human rights. Offers a source of support and self-development

The terms of reference of the committee are as follows: keep under
review programmes and services relating to AIDS and HIV; monitor the
implementation of the AIDS strategy to ensure that it is appropriate
and responsive to the evolving epidemiology of the disease; make
recommendations to government as appropriate about the strategy.
