Works in partnership with various agencies, such as the Probation and<br />

Welfare Services, FÁS, and the VEC, to invest in the highest quality<br />

resettlement and training services for <strong>of</strong>fenders and ex-<strong>of</strong>fenders. The PACE<br />

Training for Employment Project is an educational and vocational training<br />

project for those who are either on day release or who are released and<br />

living in the community. Some participants live in Priorswood House, a PACE<br />

residential project. The focus <strong>of</strong> the project is on the needs <strong>of</strong> the individual<br />

and everyone is given an individual plan that is geared towards their specific<br />

needs in terms <strong>of</strong> training, education and personal development.<br />

Offers free, non-directive, non-judgmental and confidential counselling with<br />

pr<strong>of</strong>essional counsellors and social workers over the telephone or face-t<strong>of</strong>ace<br />

to anyone involved in a crisis pregnancy (including partners and other<br />

family members). This is a non-medical service. Practical advice, information<br />

and ongoing support, if needed, is available in relation to all options:<br />

parenting, abortion and adoption. Counselling is available for anyone who<br />

wants to talk about their feelings after an abortion. Pact is funded by the<br />

Crisis Pregnancy Agency as one <strong>of</strong> the Positive Options services. Pact now<br />

provides a service in two locations: South Dublin and Cavan.<br />
