and at school. Represents the views <strong>of</strong> parents on educational bodies,<br />
negotiates with the Department <strong>of</strong> Education and Science, works for the<br />
rights and entitlements <strong>of</strong> all children, promotes partnership between home<br />
and school and <strong>of</strong>fers information/helpline and training services for parents.<br />
