provide advice and support services to artists and arts organisations<br />

approaches to traditional definitions <strong>of</strong> art, artists and arts development.<br />

and arts organisations which include pr<strong>of</strong>essional development, learning<br />

development, project management and consultancy, and projects and<br />

initiatives that support and develop collaborative arts.<br />

by crime. Run by volunteers who understand the effects <strong>of</strong> crime and the<br />

needs <strong>of</strong> crime victims, the Helpline can put victims in touch with a range<br />

<strong>of</strong> organisations that provide emotional and practical support. It also<br />

provides information on all aspects <strong>of</strong> the criminal justice system. Service is<br />

confidential and non-judgmental.<br />
