MANUAL PROCEDURES FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICE Competitive Bidding Communication costs Conference Notice Conflict of Interest Consulting Services Consolidated Blacklisting Report Consulting Services Contract Completion Contract Implementation Use interchangeably with term Public Bidding: It is a method of procurement which is open to participation by any interested party and which consists of the following processes: advertisement, prebid conference, eligibility screening of prospective bidders, receipt and opening of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification, and award of contract.
