The Opening <strong>of</strong> Eligibility Documents <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> Hiring <strong>of</strong> an Advertising Agency <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> Branding <strong>of</strong> Behavior,<br />
Development and Production <strong>of</strong> Creative/Campaign Materials <strong>for</strong> Breastfeeding Communication <strong>for</strong> Behavioral<br />
Impact (COMBI) under REI-CS-GOP-2010-08 held on 28 June 2010, 11:15 A.M. at <strong>the</strong> BAC Conference Rm.,<br />
Ground Floor, Bldg. No. 6, San Lazaro Compound, <strong>DOH</strong>, Sta. Cruz, Manila, was called to order and presided by <strong>the</strong><br />
BAC Vice Chairperson.<br />
Four (4) prospective <strong>consulting</strong> firms submitted <strong>the</strong> eligibility requirements on <strong>the</strong> slated deadline, namely:<br />
1. Company A<br />
2. Company B<br />
3. Company C<br />
4. Company D<br />
The completeness and correctness <strong>of</strong> all <strong>the</strong> eligibility documents were verified by <strong>the</strong> BAC. Upon checking <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
eligibility requirements <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> four (4) abovementioned firms, it was noted that all <strong>the</strong> firms submitted <strong>the</strong> complete<br />
set <strong>of</strong> eligibility requirements, hence, all were declared “Eligible” and rated “Passed” by <strong>the</strong> BAC.<br />
The BAC will conduct fur<strong>the</strong>r shortlisting evaluation and <strong>the</strong> firms will be notified about <strong>the</strong> result <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> evaluation.<br />
If <strong>the</strong> firms will be shortlisted, <strong>the</strong>y will be requested to submit <strong>the</strong> technical and financial proposals.<br />
Having no o<strong>the</strong>r remaining topics <strong>for</strong> discussion, <strong>the</strong> opening <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> eligibility documents was adjourned at 11:30<br />
