MANUAL PROCEDURES FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES<br />

Project Manager – gives directions supervises and manages <strong>the</strong> timely<br />

implementation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> project.<br />

Account Executive – is a liaison between <strong>the</strong> client and <strong>the</strong> creative department.<br />

An AE must work closely with both to make sure <strong>the</strong> client's needs are being met<br />

in every step <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ad campaign. Responsible <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> coordination <strong>of</strong> all<br />

deliverables within <strong>the</strong> Agency and presenting <strong>for</strong> approval <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> client.<br />

Creative Director – sets <strong>the</strong> creative execution <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> materials and maintains<br />

creative excellence <strong>of</strong> every developed materials<br />

Graphic Designer – executes designs, layout, and determines graphics <strong>for</strong> each<br />

materials.<br />

Copywriter – writes <strong>the</strong> copy or <strong>the</strong> ad itself, whe<strong>the</strong>r its <strong>for</strong> print, tv or radio.<br />

Media Director - oversee <strong>the</strong> media department and are responsible <strong>for</strong> managing<br />

<strong>the</strong> client's media buying and planning needs.<br />
