The Technical Working Group (TWG) has evaluated <strong>the</strong> technical and financial proposals<br />

submitted by Company A and Company B <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> abovementioned project. The following are <strong>the</strong><br />

The respective calculated mean technical score <strong>of</strong> Company A and Company B shows that <strong>the</strong><br />

technical proposals <strong>of</strong> both firms have met <strong>the</strong> minimum requirements in <strong>the</strong> TOR. The TWG<br />

only noted some observations, to wit:<br />

1. Company A<br />

a. Its experience is on graphic/creative design. It has no experience in branding and<br />

creative strategy development.<br />

b. Its communication expert came from <strong>the</strong> academe with little advertising experience.
