FY 2012 Work Program<br />

• Work closely with Lang Partners, LLC for the successful completion <strong>of</strong> the Zang<br />

Triangle Project.<br />

• Consider changes to TIF by-laws related to the design review process and the<br />

membership <strong>of</strong> the TIF board.<br />

• Review and approve overall TIF design guidelines.<br />

• Develop a mixed income housing policy for the district.<br />

• Work closely with the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Dallas</strong> Public Works and Transportation department<br />

to coordinate the completion <strong>of</strong> infrastructure improvements funded by the <strong>City</strong>’s<br />

2006 Bond Program within the district and the North Central Texas Council <strong>of</strong><br />

Government’s Sustainable Development Grant for the area.<br />

• Continue to actively market the district with emphasis on high density mixed use<br />

development with a sustainable mix <strong>of</strong> retail, commercial/<strong>of</strong>fice and residential<br />

development in key target areas.<br />

• Increase coordination and work with the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Dallas</strong> Trinity River Development<br />

Office to ensure a cohesive and coordinated effort and to ensure that the TIF<br />

District Project Plan and Master Plan are not adversely affected or compromised<br />

and to ensure the planned pedestrian and vehicular linkages to the Trinity River<br />

Corridor are preserved.<br />
