SEC. 51P- .102. PROPERTY LOCATION AND SIZE.<br />

PD is established on property located at the South corner <strong>of</strong> S. Barry<br />

Avenue and Philip Avenue, bounded by S. Fitzhugh Avenue, Philip Avenue, S. Barry<br />

Avenue, and Gurley Avenue. The size <strong>of</strong> PD is approximately 6.389 acres.<br />

SEC. 51P- .103. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS.<br />

(a) Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and interpretations in Chapter 51A<br />

apply to this article. In this article, PRIVATE UTILITIES means a utility owned and<br />

operated by a public school, other than an open-enrollment charter school which<br />

includes a geo-thermal system used in conjunction with a public school.<br />

(b) Unless otherwise stated, all references to articles, divisions, or sections in<br />

this article are to articles, divisions or sections in Chapter 51A.<br />

This district is considered to be a residential zoning district.<br />
