FY 2011 Annual Report<br />

Sylvan|Thirty is planned for the southeast<br />

quadrant <strong>of</strong> the Sylvan Avenue and Fort<br />

Worth Avenue intersection. The project is<br />

anticipated to contain approximately 200<br />

residential units and 53,800 square feet <strong>of</strong><br />

retail and restaurant space. Total estimated<br />

value when complete: TBD.<br />

Options Real Estate is proposing<br />

additional retail space west <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Belmont and Smoke Restaurant.<br />

Estimated square footage and total value<br />

to be determined.<br />

In front <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Dallas</strong> West Mobile Home<br />

Park at 400 West Commerce, Options Real<br />

Estate plans several retail and <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

trailers. The Airstream-style trailers will<br />

<strong>of</strong>fer a variety <strong>of</strong> services and should be<br />

open in 2012.<br />
