FY 2011 Annual Report<br />

Budget and Spending Status<br />

Each TIF district establishes a budget for the public improvement expenditures<br />

necessary to support private investment in the district in the Project Plan and<br />

Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan. The Southwestern Medical TIF District was<br />

established in April 2005, amended in December 2008 and October 2009. The Project<br />

Plan estimates for TIF public improvements total approximately $46 million ($27.5<br />

million in 2006 dollars). The final budget for the district is below:<br />
