SECTION 5. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
the management agreement with Mickey Ray Piersall Golf Shop to define roles,
responsibilities and compensation as a result of the closure of L.B. Houston Golf Course
for renovation, in an amount not to exceed $205,275.
SECTION 6. That the City Controller is hereby authorized to pay compensation in an
amount not to exceed $180,275 during the premises closure and an amount not to
exceed $25,000 in future payments for twelve quarters for a total amount of $205,275
after the premises re-opens for documented increases in unemployment taxes to
Mickey Ray Piersall Golf Shop from Golf Improvement Funds subject to appropriations,
Fund 0332, Department PKR, Unit 9363, Object 3070, Activity PK19,
CT-PKRCT12D013, Commodity 92500, Vendor VS0000006814.
SECTION 7. That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage
in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the City of Dallas, and it is
accordingly so resolved.
