Budget and Spending Status<br />

The Davis Garden TIF District’s Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan<br />

established a budget for public improvement expenditures that are necessary to support<br />

private investment. The District’s budget and spending to date are provided on the<br />

These values depend on timing <strong>of</strong> projects and will fluctuate. An interest rate <strong>of</strong> 5% is used throughout the<br />

TIF term.<br />

*TIF administration costs show are committed through FY 2011 including $222,736 in cumulative<br />

expenses as <strong>of</strong> FY 2010 and an additional $131,380 in expenses incurred in FY 2011 but not booked at<br />

fiscal year close.<br />
