As <strong>of</strong> September 30, 2011<br />

Chapter 311.016 <strong>of</strong> V.C.T.A. requires the follow ing information<br />

as part <strong>of</strong> the annual report on the status <strong>of</strong> the TIF District.<br />

Information is contained in detail on the attached<br />

financial statements.<br />

1. Amount and source <strong>of</strong> revenue in the tax increment fund established for the zone:<br />

$230 Interest Income<br />

$105,929 Ad Valorem Taxes (Collected in FY'2010-11 based on 2010 Certified Tax Roll)<br />

$106,160 Total Revenue<br />

2. Amount and purpose <strong>of</strong> expenditures from the fund:<br />

$717 Administrative Expense<br />

$0 Non-Capital outlay<br />

$717 Total Expenditures<br />

3. The Zone began reimbursing the general fund for the TIF administrative costs in fiscal year 2009-10.<br />

4. a. Amount <strong>of</strong> Principal and Interest due on outstanding indebtedness:<br />

Fort Worth TIF District has incurred no bonded indebtedness as <strong>of</strong> September 30, 2011.<br />

b. The Zone entered into a development agreement w ith J&K Investments, LLC for Metro Paw s Animal Hospital<br />

in the TIF in an amount not to exceed $116,000 w ith anticipated completion by May 30, 2012 and reimbursement<br />

to begin thereafter upon availability <strong>of</strong> TIF funds.<br />
