BACKGROUND (continued)<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Council, on April 11, 2001, closed the public hearing and approved Ordinance<br />

No. 24581 for the creation <strong>of</strong> Planned Development District No. 601 on the north and<br />

east corners <strong>of</strong> Carroll Avenue and Gurley Avenue. Subsequent to the passage <strong>of</strong> the<br />

ordinance it was determined that the property description for Tract 2 in Section 1 <strong>of</strong> the<br />

ordinance was incorrect. The correction corrects the property description in the<br />

ordinance.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Council, on May 24, 2006, closed the public hearing and approved Ordinance<br />

No. 26352 for an amendment to Planned Development District No. 462 on the<br />

southwest side <strong>of</strong> Henderson Avenue between Capitol Avenue and Fuqua Street.<br />

Subsequent to the passage <strong>of</strong> the ordinance it was determined that the property<br />

description listed in Exhibit A was incorrect. The correction attaches the correct<br />

property description to the ordinance.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Council, on June 11, 2008, closed the public hearing and approved Ordinance<br />

No. 27221 for the establishment <strong>of</strong> a municipal setting designation prohibiting the use <strong>of</strong><br />

groundwater from beneath property generally located at 5417, 5422, 5427, 5430, 5432,<br />

5502, 5506, 5512, and 5514 Redfield Street and 2231, 2241, and 2311 Butler Street.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Council, on November 10, 2008, closed the public hearing and approved<br />

Ordinance No. 27408 for the establishment <strong>of</strong> a municipal setting designation<br />

prohibiting the use <strong>of</strong> groundwater from beneath property generally located at 2504,<br />

2506, 2514, 2518, 2522, 2602, 2606, and 2610 Bomar Avenue, 6010 Forest Park Road,<br />

and 5919, 5925, and 6102 Maple Avenue. Subsequent to the passage <strong>of</strong> the<br />

ordinances it was determined that the property descriptions listed in Exhibit A for each<br />

ordinance were incorrect. The correction attaches the correct exhibits to the<br />

ordinances.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Council, on August 13, 2008, closed the public hearing and approved<br />

Ordinance No. 27273 for the expansion <strong>of</strong> and the amendment to Planned Development<br />

District No. 770 on the northeast side <strong>of</strong> La Vista Drive, southeast <strong>of</strong> East Grand<br />

Avenue. Subsequent to the passage <strong>of</strong> the ordinance it was determined the overall<br />

property description was inadvertently omitted from the ordinance. The correction<br />

attaches the exhibit to the ordinance.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Council, on November 10, 2008, closed the public hearing and approved<br />

Ordinance No. 27395 for the creation <strong>of</strong> Planned Development Subdistrict No. 84 within<br />

Planned Development District No. 193, the Oak Lawn Special Purpose District, on both<br />

sides <strong>of</strong> Oak Lawn Avenue between Brown Street and Congress Avenue. Subsequent<br />

to the passage <strong>of</strong> the ordinance it was determined that the property description listed in<br />

Exhibit A was incorrect. The correction attaches the correct exhibit to the ordinance.<br />
