Pending items for the Cedars TIF District include the following:<br />

Consideration <strong>of</strong> the FY 2011 Cedars TIF District Annual Report and a<br />

recommendation to the <strong>Dallas</strong> <strong>City</strong> Council for approval.<br />

Approval <strong>of</strong> the Cedar’s TIF District Mixed Income Housing Policy<br />

Review changes to the Cedars TIF District By-Laws concerning potential changes in<br />

the composition <strong>of</strong> the District’s Board <strong>of</strong> Directors and design review process<br />

Budget and Spending Status<br />

The Cedars TIF District’s Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan<br />

established a budget for the public improvement expenditures that are necessary to<br />

support private investment. The District’s budget and spending to date are provided on<br />

the following charts:<br />

determined by new construction. Values adjusted as <strong>of</strong> September 30, 2011 to reflect current projections.<br />
