LEGISLATIVE HISTORY.<br />

PD XXX was established by Ordinance No. ___________, passed by the <strong>Dallas</strong> <strong>City</strong> Council on<br />

___________.<br />

SEC. 51P-XXX.102.<br />

PROPERTY LOCATION AND SIZE.<br />

PD XXX is established on property generally located on both sides <strong>of</strong> Westmoreland Road, north <strong>of</strong><br />

Wheatland Road. The size <strong>of</strong> PD XXX is approximately 60.48 acres.<br />

SEC. 51P-XXX.103.<br />

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS.<br />

(a) Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and interpretations in Chapter 51A apply to this<br />

article. In this article, DETACHED VIDEOBOARD SIGN means an on-premise sign that displays<br />

changing content through still images, scrolling images, or moving images, including video or animation<br />

on a fixed display composed <strong>of</strong> electronically illuminated segments or a series <strong>of</strong> grid lights, including<br />

cathode ray, light emitting diode (LED) display, plasma screen, liquid crystal display (LCD), fiber optic,<br />

videoboards, or other electronic media or technology. Detached videoboard signs may be constructed as<br />

monument or non-monument signs.<br />

(b) Unless otherwise stated, all references to articles, divisions, or sections in this article are<br />

to articles, divisions, or sections in Chapter 51A.<br />

This district is considered to be a nonresidential district.<br />

SEC. 51P-XXX.104.<br />

CONCEPTUAL PLAN.<br />

For Tract 2, development and use <strong>of</strong> the Property must comply with the Tract 1<br />

development plan/Tract 2 conceptual plan. In the event <strong>of</strong> a conflict between the text <strong>of</strong><br />

this article and the conceptual plan, the text <strong>of</strong> this article controls.<br />

SEC. 51P-XXX.105.<br />

DEVELOPMENT PLAN.<br />

(a) For Tract 1 development and use must comply with the Tract 1 development plan/Tract 2<br />

conceptual plan.<br />

(b)<br />

For Tract 3 development and use must comply with the Tract 3 development plan.<br />

(c) Prior to the issuance <strong>of</strong> a building permit for Tract 2, a development plan must be<br />

approved by the <strong>City</strong> Plan Commission.<br />
