B. The total amount <strong>of</strong> estimated tax increment to be billed for the 2011 tax year is $1,396,959. For the 2010<br />

tax year, the Zone collected $1,196,964 in increment.<br />

7. Independent audits <strong>of</strong> the TIF for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, as approved by the board in an amount not to<br />

exceed 50,000, were completed by Grant Thornton LLP, the <strong>City</strong>'s external auditors. Total cost <strong>of</strong> the audits was $24,900.<br />

The balance <strong>of</strong> the approved funds will be used for audits <strong>of</strong> fiscal years 2011 and 2012.<br />
