7.3. BLOCKING ALARMS
A Blocking Alarm only occurs after it has been through a start up phase. It is typically used
to prevent alarms from being indicated until the process has settled to its normal working
conditions.
7.3.1. Full Scale Low With Blocking
The alarm only occurs after the start up phase when low alarm has first entered a safe state.
The next time a low alarm occurs will cause the alarm to become active.
