12.5. TIME BASED ALARMS
There are two alarms available which allow an output to be turned on or off at a set time and
day.
Do This
1. From the TIMER
BLOCKS page header,
press or to
select ‘Alarm 1 (or 2)’

2. Press to show the
Parameter List
3. Press again to select
‘Enable’
4. Press or to
Enable = ‘On’
This enables the use of
Alarm Timer Blocks.
It can be used, for
example, to disable
alarms during factory shut
down periods.
5. Press to select ‘On
Day’
6. Press or to set
the day to turn the alarm
on.
Selects the day to turn the
alarm on. The choices
are:
Never, Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
Mon-Fri, Mon-Sat, Sat-
Sun Every Day
7. Press to select ‘On
Time’
Selects the time of day to
turn the alarm on.
8. Press or to set
the alarm on time
9. Repeat 3 to 6 above to set the day and time to turn the alarm off.
